From the owner

Located on the third floor, without elevator (61 steps), of a building on via del Moro. The apartment is only 2 minutes far from the church of Santa Maria Novella and only 5 minute walk far from all the important monuments and the authentic Florentine atmosphere: stores, such as the ones on Via Tornabuoni, Via Parione, and delicious restaurants. Next to the apartment there is a luggage room (Bistrot CA.FE. opening hours from 9 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. - fee each luggage first 10 hours Euro 6.00).

Underages without parents are not allowed.

Internal Description:

Modern apartment (50sq.mt ) will first find the dining area and well furnished corner kitchen. Then one quiet bedroom with double bed that face the internal courtyard. The other bedroom is in one open attic up the dining area(not suitable for children under 5 years)

One bath with a large shower.

Our Personal Opinion:

Ideal for two/three persons that are looking for a short term rental. Perfect for those who wish to get to know all of the wonderful Tuscan city, thanks to the closeness of the apartment to the main train station Santa Maria Novella.

The city tax (cash on arrival): € 3,00 per person per night (only for people over 12 years).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Laura (the owner) a message.

If Laura (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
