Description from owner

Description

Very bright, nice and quiet apartment in Florence, near bus stop (2 and 28) and supermarket (Lidl), 7 km far from the city center. Day zone with kitchen and sofa bed (double bed); night zone with double bed and wardrobe. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Cooling fan and wi-fi included. Car parking in the street is free and always available. 4 km far from Firenze Rifredi railway station.

The apartment consists of living area, bedroom and bathroom. It's located on the ground floor and it's part of a well-kept condominium, clean and with a nice lawn. The area is residential and quiet, although the condominium is near a railway, so it's possible to hear the sound of passing trains.

This is my private apartment, where I live when I'm in Florence (and when I use it, I don't host). There are all my personal things, my life, so I ask guests to use with care and education all the services and comforts of the apartment, but also to respect my private things that are in the house.

Guests can use in the living area the kitchen (with fridge, stove, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine) and a sofa bed. In the bathroom there are a sink, a wc, a bidet, a shower with hot water and a washing machine. In the sleeping area there is a double bed and half wardrobe (in the other half there are my clothes). Wi-fi with unlimited internet in the entire apartment. Towels, sheets, pillows, blankets, soap and shampoo will be provided. Heating is not included in the price.

Castello is a district in the north-west of Florence. This area is particularly famous for the magnificent villas that are there, starting from Villa Reale di Castello, which has one of the oldest and most splendid examples of Italian gardens, and which houses the Accademia della Crusca, and Villa Medicea della Petraia, one of the most beautiful villas around Florence. Both from 2013 have been included in the World Heritage by UNESCO in the context of Medici villas.

The apartment is very close to the bus stop 2 and 28. With these buses you quickly get to Piazza Dalmazia, where you can take the new tramway to reach the city center (7 km) very quickly.

The apartment is located 1 km from Firenze Castello station, 3 km from Firenze Rifredi station and 3.5 km from Peretola Airport.

Parking on the street for cars is free for everyone and gratis.
