Description

The Belmont Holiday Flats, Fleetwood are in a beautiful position, overlooking the Sea and close to the Marine Hall, Leisure Centre and Fleetwood Town Centre. Blackpool's attractions are just a tram/bus ride away. The flat is completely self-contained and we will do all we can to ensure you have an enjoyable holiday.

Ground Floor, SEA VIEW, Studio flat, Self-contained holiday flat for 2 guests, 3rd guest in pull-out bed. Lounge with 32" LCD TV, large bay window with sea views, separate kitchen & shower room. Double bed which is also in the lounge with single pull-out bed for twin option or 3rd guest. PET FRIENDLY - no extra charge.

Electric meters in all flats - £1 coin (although this is not set high, you are likely to need a few pounds for your stay, depending on usage). We do not provide towels.

Minimum stays from 1 night - please request a quote.

Prices are correct for bookings of 3 or 7 nights based on 2 sharing. For alternate number of nights please request a quote for actual prices.

Getting around

We are located opposite the beach and within a 5 minute walk of the town and bus/tram stops. It's a great place to ditch the car and get out on foot or take advantage of the public transport to visit local towns/villages, Blackpool, Preston, Manchester or the Lake District.

Interaction with guest

The Belmont is staffed daily and once we have received payment for your accommodation you will be given details of the key box code which will contain your flat keys. These will be placed in the box ready for your requested arrival time and allow you the freedom to arrive any time after that. Your flat will contain a guest information pack which includes everything you need to know about your accommodation such as the WiFi password, what's around the local area, how to use items in your flat and the on site laundry facilities and rear enclosed garden etc. Karen is the manager of the Belmont and is available if you have any urgent needs or emergencies otherwise an answerphone or an email message can be left for following day action.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
