Set in the delightful coastal resort of Playa Flamenca, our spacious luxury apartment has been built and furnished to the highest possible specification. Situated just 5 minutes from the bustling metropolis of Torrevieja with its abundance of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife and no more than 40 minutes transfer by car from Alicante Airport, this is your ideal place in the sun.

This area of the Costa Blanca is much sought after, benefiting from a number of blue flag sandy beaches where the warm water of the Mediterranean awaits you, and just a 15 minute walk away. And that's of course should you decide that you want a change from the 2 large swimming pools which are just a stones throw from your accommodation.

Our apartment is also ideally located just across the road from the developing commercial centre of Playa Flamenca. This will not only provide you with the everyday essentials but also possibly the widest selection of food available in the region.

Shopping facilities are also numerous especially with the opening of Zenia Boulevard. Zenia Boulevard has a number of large stores with high street names including Primark, Zara, Mango and many others. The top floor also boasts a large food court with a variety of eating options. Well worth a visit and just a 20 minute walk from the apartment. There is also a weekly street market on a Saturday in the same area.

Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a block of 16 and is serviced by a lift as well as having ramp access for pushchairs and wheelchairs.

The accomodation has 2 good size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located at opposite ends of the apartment, affording that extra bit of privacy. The master bedroom includes a double bed, dressing table with hair dryer, TV with a DVD player and an en suite shower room. A large family bathroom services the twin bedroom.

Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans and external window shutters. Air Conditioning has also been installed as an optional extra.

The apartment also benefits from a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, toaster, juicer and a roomy fridge freezer for all that ice-cold beer and local wine!

The lounge/diner is tastefully furnished with a 3 seater and separate 2 seater reclinable sofas along with a dining room table and chairs.

The Lounge boasts a 32 inch flat screen HD TV as well as a CD/Radio cassette player with a variety of music for all tastes. The apartment also benefits from Wi-Fi Broadband (payable seperately). The lounge leads out onto an East facing balcony equipped with a table and chairs just right for breakfast in the morning sunshine and perfect for those balmy evenings with a jug (or 3) of Sangria.

On the roof of the apartment block is a large communal solarium, a must for the serious sunbather as well as to provide stunning panoramic views of the local area.

Should you require any local assistance or information such as car hire, booking sporting facilities, advice on restaurants, local medical facilities etc, our managing agents are but a short walk away and are always on hand to offer expert help and local knowledge.

We have carefully considered every aspect when furnishing our apartment in order to provide you with as many creature comforts as possible. This is our Spanish home from home and we are very confident that you will feel comfortable and secure in your holiday environment.

The region boats 300 days of sunshine per year.The Apartment is located a 10 minute walk to the beach and is very local for shops and restaurants.The Community also boats 2 large swimming pools both with specific areas for younger children contained within a secure location.The Apartment is located an easy 45 minute drive from Alicante Airport and within a short distance of Water Parks, Golf Courses and Go Kart tracks.
