CasaPicco is a picturesque location in Tuscany with easy access to Cinque Terra, Florence, Forte dei Marmi, and Ligurian Riviera.

The air is pure and the view is stunning. The villa is situated 1600ft above water level in the idyllic village of Agnino. This high altitude offers a cool breezes during the peak Summer Season and pure air which is detoxifying. The villa has been interior designed to a high standard with a mix of antique and contemporary furniture. There is a large terrace with Jacuzzi and sun loungers. Villa terrace looks onto the stunning peaks. This is an Ideal location to travel around Italy, shopping or culture or just relax and escape for the weekend to recharge your batteries and catch some sun, short drive to the beach Lerici.

Liguria is in north-western Italy, bordering with France. The Liguria Riviera Sea is a clear shade of blue which has been coloured by the green Mediterranean land. Home to generous beaches such as Cinque Terra, Lerici and Portofino.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Melanie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
