It is situated only 15 minutes by train from St Peter's Square, Rome.The village where Villa Celeste is located, Palidoro Torreinpietra, is only a one minute walk from the train station, a 15 minute drive from Fiumicino airport, and a five minute drive from the Roman beach of Passoscuro.Villa Celeste offers all the comforts of a modern house, recently refurbished in the style of a typical Roman countryside home.Villa Celeste is in a great location not only for your sightseeing tours of Rome, but also to visit the nearby Lake Bracciano, the Etruscan Tombs of Cerveteri, the Medieval castle of Ceri and of course the beaches of Rome, the nearest of which is Passoscuro or Fregene.I Liana, the owner, live abroad so you will be welcomed by my sister Gloria. Once you book I will put you in touch with her. She is on What's App so you don't need to send international text messages

She is on What's App so you don't need to send international text messages at all.She will meet you at the station of Palidoro Torreimpietra which is only 5 minutes away, or at the property, depending on your mode of transport.Welcome hamper: with each booking guests receive a hamper of fresh cheeses from the local family farm.Although breakfast is not officially included nor served, we would always make sure that there is always something for you to have for your first breakfast at Villa Celeste!”.- Bikes available to rent- Baby cot can be provided on request at no extra cost- If you have children lots of toys as well as children books are available inside and outside for them to have fun with... but if you don't have children these are discretely put away each time so they would not be on your way- Security Alarmed Property- Secure free Parking just adjacent to the villa, within private gated development The supermarket is only 5 minutes away by car, same as restaurants , pizzerias and bars.HOW TO GET THERE:Please note that the SatNav may not take you to the right address and the house is a fairly recently built so please follow the instructions or arrange to meet at the station with my sister Gloria.The house is located just behind the Palidoro-Torreinpietra station, not towards the Aurelia road but in the back towards the countryside.By car you should take the exit from Aurelia towards Passoscuro and after the big bridge you should turn straight away on the left and when you see the station turn on your right.Drive to the end of this road (via della Stazione di Palidoro) and park just outside the gate. (Gloria will then give you the keys to be able to park inside)Get in the gate and turn straight away on the right and the house is the last on your right. By train you should take the exit towards the countryside not towards Aurelia road.Walk until the end of the road just in front of the station (via della Stazione di Palidoro) where all the houses are.Get in the last gate on your left and turn straight away on the right. The house is the last one on your right.

Local attractions include Lake Bracciano, the Etruscan Tombs of Cerveteri, the Medieval castle of Ceri and of course the beaches of Rome, Lazio is the region of the city of Rome, Italy's capital. Apart from the city of Rome itself, there are may attractions in the region, as well as plenty of beaches and seaside resorts.From Villa Celeste the following daily excursions are possible - Rome (St Peter's square only 15 minutes on the train)- Pompei, Naples, Capri, Florence as the main station of Rome (Termini) is only 40 minutes away:- Pisa – Palidoro is actually on the way between Rome and Pisa (roughly 2hours by train)- Lake Bracciano – only 20 minutes away by car – where you can do Surfing, visit the Medieval Lake- Cerveteri and the Etruscan tombs, only 15 away by car- Ostia Antica – 20 minutes away by car Nearby the following beaches are easily reachable:- Passoscuro and its white sand and lovely restaurants along the beach- Ladispoli and its dark sand and many shops, shopping centre and restaurants- Lake Bracciano and its very clean water where you can even do Wind Surg- Only 5 minutes away is a Horse Riding centre of Don Quichote.
