The apartment "Riccio di Mare=Sea Urchin" is located in a block of flats RIGHT ON THE SEA, just in front of a breathtaking landscape. From here You can admire the coast with the beautiful Caves, as well as the ancient and fascinating Ortigia. Within easy reach You find the Archeological Park including the Greek Theatre and Dionisio’s Ear; the Archeological ‘Paolo Orsi’ Museum; the Shrine of Our Lady of Tears and, in fifteen minutes walk, the lovely Ortigia. From there, a frequent boat service gives You the opportunity to go and visit the amazing Caves. Restaurants and ‘Pizzerie’, supermarkets, shops and banks are close to Riccio di Mare.

Your comfortable accomodation is in a bright flat, recently restored with care and love for the details. Rooms, a fully furnished bathroom and a large sitting room with hi-fi system, books, magazines and television, the wide balcony on the sea are ready for You to grant You a relaxing stay. The main bedroom with a beautiful view on Ortigia is bright and comfortable. It is furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers. Air conditioning is available, of course. In the main room you also find a single bed in addition, in case you would share it with your very young son or daughter. The 'Blue Room' is a nice single room fully furnished, too. The large bathroom - next to the bedroom - is fully furnished, particularly with bath and shower, a washing machine and hairdryer. The apartment is exclusively for YOU, no other Guests will be sharing it with you !!!The cleaning and change of towels and linen are granted regularly and included in the price.

In the morning you may have a delicious and rich Mediterranean breakfast sitting in the wide balcony enjoying the smell of the sea and the amazing landscape.

Free parking inside the condo area or close to it is available for our guests. WI-FI connection is free.

Last but not least, direct private access to the sea. Inside the block area the only thing to do is … simply open a door and the sea is INCREDIBLY IN FRONT OF YOU … for You, for Your unforgettable holiday. You can just sunbathe and enjoy swimming in the good weather. For lovers of diving and snorkeling this is definitely the best place to stay in. We are waiting for YOU.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
