Kontochori is a big traditional village regional built around Fira in a walkable distance.

A folk architecture of a real Canava – cave –such as those in great abundance on the Aegean Islands .

Once upon a time , those Canavas were used as a storage facilities and often used as a wine cellar.

Urban planning “ by instinct “ , unique aesthetics, plasticity , simplicity and moderation.

Decoration combining a highly refined way of folk furnishing with a modern touch.

It’s an ideal choice for a quiet and private holiday home for up to persons.

- Ground floor -

An open plan living room is the indoor concentration and relaxation spot of our first house. You can relax at the comfortable couch, watch TV or use the first independent caved bedroom at your convenience with an en-suite bathroom with shower .

At the second attached and at the same time independent house , there is another comfortable bedroom which can accommodate two more persons with an en-suite bathroom with shower. A comfortable sofa on the hall it’s suitable for an extra person.

Kitchen area it’s equipped with all appliances so you can prepare your own meals in a folk architecture of the past.

Feel the ambience of a family or couple or friends gathering at the dining caved area.

Terrace is open plan with an outdoor Jacuzzi, overlooking the East Side of the Aegean Sea.

Erofili House is located in Kontochori near Fira the capital of Santorini.

It's very important to advice our guests that its ONLY walkable area.

In case a guest needs a porter please let us know with a prior notice.

The cost is 10 euro per way .
