From the owner

The cottage lounge has lovely views overlooking the Findhorn Bay. It is situated in the middle of the Village on the front by the main road in, close to and within walking distance of the Post Office, Shop, Pubs, Coffee Shops, Bus Stops, Sailing School and Yacht Club. It has easy access to all the beaches and footpaths.

Interaction with guest

My husband Peter and I like to welcome and greet our guests personally at Bayside and hand over the keys. It gives us the opportunity to explain a few things e.g how the heating works, waste disposal etc and hopefully helps guests relax and focus on enjoying their holiday. We stay in the Village and are always available to assist or recommend things should we be required. Our contact details are displayed clearly inside the cottage.

Beautiful cottage overlooking Findhorn Bay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If MOIRA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
