Description

New England style beach house, luxury, comfortable holiday home.

1 king size bedroom with en-suite wet room, 1 double/twin bedroom with en-suite shower/bath room. Comfortable sofa bed for extra guests. Ample space for families or couples luxury furnishings, towels and bedding provided, beds made up for your arrival. Highchair and travel cot (please bring your own cot bedding).

DAB radio and Echo Dot which will play any music you ask.

Cosy log burner with logs provided. Large TV in living room with freeview and Netflix. Freeview Netflix TV/DVD in main bedroom, Freeview/DVD in 2nd bedroom. Hairdryer. Free Fibre Wifi. Games and DVD's. Full underfloor central heating.

Basic staples always in the kitchen cupboards. Extremely well equipped kitchen with any pot or pan or utensil you could need. Full size fridge/freezer, Gas hob/electric fan oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster. Kettle. Cafeteria. Tea towels, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, kitchen roll, food bags, foil and cling film, toilet roll and many other basics all provided. Every thing you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable and luxury. Just bring your personal items. Plenty of space and seating for 6 or more inside and outside on the big deck and patio. . BiFold doors at the spacious front living area open out onto large deck with seating. Patio at the back facing lovely boules court, with lights and trees. Filey, Scarborough and beautiful Yorkshire coast and villages within easy reach. We are a dog friendly property. Dogs £20 extra per stay. The Bay village is very dog friendly with lots of dog walks. You can take your dog into the Pub and many shops. Full use of indoor swimming pool, (spa treatments and salon at The Beauty Room at extra cost) Pharmacy which also sells basic provisions open week days. Gym, Sauna, Steam Room. Boules courts around the village with surrounding garden areas, lawns, seating areas, great walks, meadows, direct path access to beach. Tennis courts and archery and other activities available. On village pub, The John Paul Jones with great food which is dog friendly and Bayside Kitchen coffee shop/cake by day, delicious food, also can take-away. Pizza during the evening with undercover courtyard dining.

The Bay Holiday Village is a little haven with manicured open spaces and direct path down to the amazing, clean, long beach. Everything in the beach house is for you to enjoy and have a comfortable stay. We hope we have provided everything you may need to enjoy a great holiday in our treasured beach house, 'Paradise Found' , that's what it is to us. Our little bit of paradise. There are spare reader glasses. pens, multi phone charger, games and many other things which make it a home from home . We live in Leicester, about as far from the sea as you can get in the UK. We do hope you enjoy your time there as much as we always do.

“Amazing little gem”

What an amazing little gem! This was our second visit to The Bay and in a beach hut however Lisa and Les pulled out all the spots to make our stay one to remember and the best one yet - the attention to detail in every room is fantastic and all the little extras that was provided was incredibly thoughtful. The location of Paradise Found is perfect for all the facilities and only a short walk to the path to the beach. We arrived friday lunch time and walked along the beach to Filey centre for fish and chips - we got a taxi back which was a couple of quid and made a meal in the well equipped kitchen - saturday we got the bus to Scarborough for the day! Overall we had a lovely weekend - the weather was on our side and it was just what we needed to blow away the winter blues - Thanks again Lisa and Les it was all perfect

If Lisa & Les (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
