Description

One bedroom ground floor apartment situated on Melville Terrace just off Crescent Gardens with views of Filey Bay, close to local shops, beach and golf course, on street parking with no restrictions.

The apartment comprises sitting room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, electric heating with front communal access and private door to the rear.

The apartment has one bedroom but can accommodate up to four people at an additional charge as there is a sofa bed in the sitting room. ****(PLEASE NOTE - Bedding is not supplied for the sofa bed) Please bring your own.****

Sitting room comprises sofa and 2 chairs, dining table with 4 chairs, storage cupboard, TV & DVD Player.

Bedroom comprises of a double bed and wardrobes, dressing table. Hairdryer available.

Bathroom comprises bath with shower attachment, pedestal hand basin, WC, electric towel rail.

The apartment is a good base for the seaside towns of Scarborough, Whitby and Bridlington which are nearby. A trip to North Yorkshire Moors is recommended (Heartbeat Country)

“Lovely apartment”

Lovely spacious apartment . Spotlessly clean and with everything you need. Only 5 mins walk from Town centre, beach , clifftop walks and beautiful gardens. Perfect location , ideal to explore Filey on foot , or use as a base to explore area.

This was our second stay in flat 1 Melville Terrace. Yet again everything was perfect. A lovley flat with everything you could ask for. Access and parking is really easy. We had our Doberman Zak with us and he loves staying in the flat. Only a couple of minuites walk down steps to the beach. Gardens and the park on the doorstep. The apartment is in the town centre and everything is only a short walk. We will be back this place is highly recomended

Good location for beach and town, clean and cosy apartment. We arrived to find the bathroom light was not working we reported it to Deborah and it was sorted within thirty minutes, five star service .Would look to stay again.

This apartment in filey is superb. Very spacious,very clean , well decorated and well furnished. The owner has thought of everything you could possibly need. Real home from home. Highly recommend. 5mins walk to the beach. 5 mins walk to town. Would love to return later in the year.

Within easy reach of town centre and a great location for exploring the East Yorkshire Coast and the North Yorkshire moors. The property had all of the facilities that we required and is very comfortable.

Stayed for a few days and had a relaxing break the apartment was lovely,spotlessly clean and had everything needed in it,the communication from Debbie was really good.The apartment is in a lovely spot just a short walk to shops,gardens.cafes etc and with a view of the sea.

Booked this for a surprise for my mothers 60th birthday, my parents and their dog had a wonderful stay, thoroughly enjoyed it and said that the place was lovely, great location and nice and clean, would definitely re-book and stay there again!

We spent 10 days at this lovely apartment in Filey. We found the apartment clean well equipped and its position to all the amenities could not be better. Debbie the owner could not have been more helpful. The crescent gardens were just a few yards away leading to glen park, with its boating lake, pitch and putt and a cafe.

How do damage deposits work?
