villa has 2 double bedrooms with large balcony leading bedrooms with far reaching views of mountains.
It also has 1 d sofa bed so can sleep up to 5 including 1 child cot. comfortably.
Bathroom has skylights above a large corner bath with jacuzzi and his and hers basins. Additional shower room downstairs

open plan kitchen diner area complete with fitted kitchen, dishwasher/washing machine. fridge freezer, Dining table for 6
Living area with open wood log burner which is visible in both dining room and also the living room.
Doors from living area and kitchen dinner to a veranda / patio with barbecue and swimming pool. Additional seating area for alfresco dinners or chairs to enjoy a morning coffee.

outside is a landscaped garden and pool, sun loungers, games table some kids play toys.
- vegetable and herb garden (seasonal for your use.

Very Quiet location and not touristy. The exterior of the propertie have private gardens, lots different terrace areas. The villas have 360 sun all day .

Bike tracks through eucalyptus trees behind the property. Also may have available a petrol kartcross suitable for ages 15+ to use at(owners discretion)- this is shared with next door villa Piermanuel.

The Central Portugal region

Central Portugal is unspoilt and has lots of natural beauty.
River beaches, rocks, hills, mountains give it a uniqueness that makes it very earthy.
Beaches are easily accessible under 60mins and there are very good motoway/ train links to both Lisbon and porto.
Coimbra and Tormar both historic towns are 35 mins , 25mins away.

Figueiro dos Vinhos

Figueiro dos vinhos is a market town and very quaint and historic. There is a 300yr old church which is very spectacular. it has lots of amenities, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, supermarkets, little cafe's,indoor heated pools, outdoor football pitches free to use all year round.
Its an away from it all but still well serviced so its not isolated.
There are river beaches in Figuerio and lots of walking, biking, hiking routes.
