Interaction with guest

I aim to meet all my guests on arrival in order to welcome them to SeaEscape, hand them the keys and show them around the property explaining how the equipment works. I make sure they have my contact details so they can contact me at any time. Also if they are new to the area I provide them with a map and essential emergency information plus tourist information for the local area and further afield. I also like to collect the keys from them when they vacate as I like to obtain feedback so I can make sure I provide everything necessary to ensure they and future guests have had a lovely comfortable stay. “Perfect place to chill by the coast”

Reviewed 14 Mar 2016

We had a lovely stay in Ferring Marine. The apartment is perfectly located for walks along the beach and is in a very peaceful setting. The flat itself is very well equipped and we had everything we wanted for the stay. The style and cleanliness was very high quality. We would definitely recommend this as a place to visit. It is the perfect place to chill out by the sea. Thanks again!

Thank you for the lovely review and we are so pleased you enjoyed your stay. We look forward to seeing you again soon.
