"So peaceful and relaxing"
I wanted to take my elderly mother for a week's holiday and chose this property because it sounded ideal; all on one floor, parking right by the door, even the sort of chairs in the lounge that she can easily get up from. It lived up to all expectations and the fact that there were so many extras: 2 loos, a lovely large kitchen and sun loungers for the garden, not to mention all linen, towels, heating etc. included, made it a real treat. The icing on the cake was the little things like hand wash, kitchen rolls etc. being there too. Ferring is a lovely place and this bungalow is in an attractive, peaceful and very convenient spot - I would love to go back again.
Thankyou for your lovely comments. I look forward to welcoming you back to Hollands Cottage

"Wasn't ready to leave!"
We absolutely loved this cottage, in such a beautiful location and such a short walk to the beach. Anything and everything you could think of was included and it's decorated in a very warm and inviting style. Lots of space for just a two bedroom cottage, and 2 toilets (although I didn't notice the second one for a couple of days!). Although I was in Ferring for a very sad occasion staying at the house was so relaxing and calming. The owner was fantastic with communication, especially as it was a last minute booking.
Thank you for a great review. It is much appreciated.

"Warm and inviting"
We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday; the cottage was perfect for our needs, clean, well decorated, furnished and equipped. Situated within a 5 minute walk of a quiet beach that has a panoramic view of the coastline. Lovely pub(try the Monday pub quiz), cafe and coffee shop nearby with good public transport links.
Thank you for a lovely review. I am so glad you enjoyed your stay at Hollands Cottage

"excellent, well-equipped cottage"
All was more than expected, from the well-stocked kitchen and extra loo, to the sun-trap garden, complete with shed stocked with garden furniture and clothes airers! The close is lovely, with friendly neighbours and helpful change-over lady who lived nearby. My only slight gripe was the hardness of the double bed, which is possibly down to personal taste. We had a great week there and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you!
Thank you for your great review

"Lovely little cottage, well worth a visit."
We stayed at this cottage and found it delightful. The cottage looks tiny, but is bigger than it appears when you get inside, plenty big enough for four adults. It is well equipped and very warm and cosy. The weather was not great but we did manage to sit on the patio which catches the sun really well in the afternoons. Ferring is a lovely village and in a good location for travelling around West Sussex.
I am glad you enjoyed your stay at Hollands Cottage. Thanks for the review.

"Well maintained family cottage"
We stayed in the cottage for 4 nights in April 2012 and even in constant rain it was a great place to stay as a family and I would highly recommend it over a hotel stay with one room! We were very pleased that all the kitchen basics were included including milk in the fridge for a much needed cup of tea when we arrived. We had 2 children under 3 with us and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach.
Thankyou for your lovely review. I am glad you enjoyed your stay in spite of the awful weather. Many thanks Brooke

"Everything you could ask for in a holiday let."
This is a really delightful cottage in a very peaceful setting. It has been charmingly furnished, spotlessly clean and is equipped with everything you could want. There are good places to eat within walking distance - but do take a torch as there is no street lighting We will be returning.
Thankyou for a lovely review
