apartment with magnificent location provided with all comforts: air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bathrooms with a bath, the other with shower, a terrace above the roofs of the old town overlooking the river, we are close to the town but we enjoy absolute privacy ..., guests will have a sofa and table with chairs in a large terrace overlooking the wonderful Valnerina. Guests can use also PEARL SPA present in the relaxation area of ​​our residences which includes: Pool, Sauna sunbeds Infrared sun umbrellas dressing room with hot shower and cold showers outside for a stay unforgettable! You are feeling sporty? all the Nera Valley is connected by a bus line that runs through on a daily basis at various times of the day, from the Marmore's waterfall (the highest in Europe) to Norcia, but certainly if you have a car, the reachable places, within an hour become many, from Spoleto to Perugia, passing Bevagna, Montefalco, Spello, Assisi, if you look to the west, you can visitaare Narni, Amelia, Todi, Orvieto, Civita di Bagno Regio, Viterbo, Bolsena, while to the south you can see the Cascade Falls, lake Piediluco, the Franciscan monastery of Greccio, (do not forget that we are in the via francigena) where the poor man of Assisi, gave birth to the first living nativity scene of history, magnificent !!!!!
