appartamento 2/9 posti all interno in un mini residence di 3 appartamenti sulle rocche di Ferentillo, incantevole paesino nel cuore della Valnerina a breve distanza dalla Cascata delle Marmore, dal centro rafting/canoa della zona, e da moltissime altre attrazioni.2 camere, cucina attrezzata, salotto con divani letto, puff-letto singolo a richiesta, veranda arredata con tavoli,ombrellone e sedie/sdraio; area comune e ampio giardino, sauna , piscina panoramica, tavoli e sedie, lettini, forno a legna e barbecue.Nelle vicinanze innumerevoli le attrazioni sportive e paesaggistiche, dalla Cascata delle Marmore ( la cascata più alta d'Europa ) presso cui è anche possibile praticare rafting e canoa nonchè hydrospeed e tubing per giocare e divertirsi con la natura, ad una bellissima falesia naturale, di fama nazionale ed internazionale nei pressi di Precetto sulla quale è possibile praticare l'arrampicata sportiva attraverso centinaia di vie aperte.Lungo gli argini dei fiumi della zona, gli appassionati possono praticare anche la pesca sportiva e no kill di diverse specie di trote.Accanto a sport più difficili e dedicati a una ristretta cerchia di appassionati, ce ne sono altri più tranquilli e “tradizionali” praticabili nella terra ferma: percorsi a piedi, trekking, gite a cavallo e in mountain bike, lungo sentieri naturalistici tabellati e segnalati alla scoperta di angoli di paesaggio incontaminati e mozzafiato.Per gli amanti della bicicletta vissuta in maniera più estrema, la Valnerina offre numerosi percorsi di discesa libera downhill;Il Residence grazie alle coordinate GPS, sarà facile da raggiungere ma molto più difficile da lasciare se non con il proposito di tornare.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Paolo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
