The beautiful kitchen blends perfectly with the charm of this cottage, the wooden worktops and central island mean any budding chef can cook up a storm here while the large oven and dishwasher take care of the chores. Its hard not to stop at the charming window seat with its views onto the garden when you walk into the sitting room, with a dining table for 6, slate floors and a comfortable study area with a small desk, WiFi and an armchair for those who need to catch up with life at home.

The 2 comfortable sofas, wood-burning stove and flat screen TV in the sitting room means everyone at The Cottage can spread out and relax. The family bathroom with deep bath and shower over are also located on this floor.

The first floor is decorated in calm, neutral colours with a coastal theme, the pretty master bedroom has chunky furniture, a king size bed and a flat screen TV as well as a window seat. Bedroom 2 has twin single beds while the third bedroom has another single bed with slide out mattress underneath for occasional use.

At the rear of the cottage is a footpath that leads down to Cowlands Creek and the glorious creeks of the River Fal

The Cottage is perfectly located to explore this stunning part of Cornwall, the gardens of Trellisick are a few minutes drive along with the excellent water sports centre at Loe Beach where you can learn to sail or windsurf or hire a Kayak or Motor Boat, the property has full central heating, WiFi and welcomes medium size dogs from September to June – there is even an excellent pub just a few steps away – what more could you want?!

The England region

Known as Cornwall's Med this part of Cornwall is renowned for its warm climate, sheltered creeks and natural harbours and excellent sailing waters. There are some wonderful gardens locally abound with rhododendron, camellia, and magnolias spectacular flowering from March to the end of May.

Nearby Truro has its 20th century cathedral and plenty of shopping opportunities, while the maritime town of Falmouth is also close by with the excellent Maritime Museum and plenty of independent restaurants and galleries.

The rugged beaches of the North Coast along with The Eden project and Lands End are all an easy drive from here.

Feock

Plenty of creekside walks can be found from the cottage, the nearby watersports centre at Looe offers sailing lessons, boat hire etc. The Golf course at Killiow is nearby as are Trelissick Gardens and the King Harry Ferry to the Roseland Peninsula.
