Description

Es Fangar’s chronicle can be traced back to the 14th century. With its current 1.000 hectare of land, the finca is one of the largest estates on the Balearic Islands. A Hanoverian dressage horse breeding is established on the finca with over 450 hectare of pasture land for the horses.

On an area of 64 hectares, organic wine is cultivated which is now attracting worldwide attention and is well known to wine lovers.

Es Fangar has for Mallorca a unique nature reserve which is a natural habitat with more than 400 hectares of rare plant species and animals.

The main objective is to preserve the natural ecosystem on Es Fangar and, in harmony with nature, to produce biologically first-class quality products.

Three unique villas are available for this adventure. Villa Arabica, Villa Mallorquina and Es Fangar Lodge are all situated in different locations on the Finca Es Fangar. Each villa has its own charm. Es Fangar is the ideal holiday destination for nature lovers, relaxion seekers, horse lovers, families and couples in love.

VILLA ARABICA:

A dream of "Thousand and One Nights" perfectly describes the ambience of the villa, as well as the magical gardens and the exceptional pool area. The villa, built in a Moorish architecture style is suitable for 8 people. It has two suites and a double bedroom with a bathroom en suite, a TV room, a separate guest toilet, as well as a spacious living and dining area with an open fireplace. In addition, the villa has two separate roof terraces with breathtaking views over the entire finca, which invites you to relax.

The extended garden area invites you to relax or to stroll around. A big, fairytale fountain is the center of the palm tree garden. The villa is surrounded by several covered and furnished terraces, which invite for cozy breakfasts, romantic dinners as well as to relax and dream. The highlight of this exclusive ambient is a magical pavilion - perfect for reading!

In addition, the villa has a so-called summer kitchen, which is located outside the villa and can be used for catering events. The pool area is reached by a magical little alleyways trough an old cactus garden and surprises with an exceptionally large and romantic Arabic pool. Wooden terraces, Arabic tents and a barbecue area invite to exclusive pool parties.

In the adjoining orange patio there is an auxiliary building included a changing double bedroom, bathroom, massage& wellness room as well as laundry facilities.

Es Fangar has its own Guard available 24 hours. Furthermore, the Villa Arabica is completely enclosed and therefore also within Es Fangar not freely accessible. This guarantees absolute privacy. On request, the helicopter can be flown in.

Balearic daily ecotax fee is not included in the price shown on the website, 2,2€/pax/night (VAT included) are going to be charged additionally on your reservation - Sorry for the inconvenience.
