seaside gite in Fécamp, 200 meters from the beach, at the foot of the marina. A 5 km from Yport at 15 km from Etretat in a renovated skipper house, we offer beautiful holiday cottages, comfortable one and the other will assure you the best stay in the capital of New- Neuvas. Fécamp seaside resort, marina, Abbey Holy Trinity, Palace of the Dukes of Normandy, museum Terre Neuvas, Benedictine Palace with the secret production of fortified wine, Chapel of Our Lady of Hi with a remarkable point of view city, harbor and the sea. Do not miss a visit to the chocolate museum and the floral park "the Gardens of Louanne" with its 500 species of plants, its basins, its large carps, and mini-farm. Visible from the water Fécamp plan admire the must cliffs of Etretat with the sailors' chapel and monument of Nungesser and Coli two airmen.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Christine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
