Absolutely the cutest home! Perfect for your stay in Fayetteville. Short commute to Fort Bragg, Downtown Fayetteville, Fayetteville Airport, shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment. Tastefully decorated, a TV in every room with Netflix, Amazon Prime videos, and live TV applications. Always fresh sheets, thoroughly cleaned space, and vacuumed carpet for every stay. Helpful and very responsive hosts, and indoor parking for guests with motorcycles.

Guest have full access to the two car driveway. Also, there is plenty of space to park additional cars along the road.

All living spaces and closets within the home are available to our guests. Our guests have the piece of mind to stay in a very safe neighborhood and with full privacy. Access to the indoor garage is upon request and is limited to guest with a minimum stay of 21 consecutive days only (we make exceptions for guests with motorcycles). This is a non-smoking home. The space is sparkling clean, and the area is not cluttered with any of the owner's personal items.

Note: House Parties are strictly prohibited unless cleared with the host PRIOR-TO-BOOKING. Clean up after an unauthorized party will be subject to a $250 minimum cleaning fee charged through the Resolution Center and immediate removal from the property without refund.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
