Bungalow of a co-housing in one of the most beautiful of the island of Gran Canaria, Fataga, situated in the South of the island, the House belongs to one organic farm and retreat center where health and tranquillity next to unbeatable facilities makes this the best place for a vacation, time of rest or work from this oasis of tranquillity and well-being.

The Bungalow is located on a farm organic of fruit trees and vegetables, in a unique setting between mountains and cliffs. An ideal place to sit under a naranjero to read a book or enjoy a swim in the pool. The villa consists of several buildings related to retreat as well as a wide field Centre and rest areas and comfort. Next to the House is a beautiful Palm-Grove, ideal place to enjoy the shade and tranquility. Only a 10-minute walk along a path easy full of vegetation is the village of Fataga, where you can learn about the true essence of Canary Islands.

Mild temperatures, plenty of sunshine, pure sea air and the best thermal and mineral-medicinal waters that can be found. Canary climate is known worldwide for its healthy properties, which are found in their natural resources for therapeutic use, especially in the four elements present in this authentic natural spa: water, air, the Sun and the Earth.

Why can't I call Sella (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sella (the owner) a message.

If Sella (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
