A CENTRAL APARTMENT WITH 5 BEDROOMS (each with a large bed) and 3 additional single beds offers guests great flexibility, whether 5 couples or 8 singles, and sleeping fourteen if sharing the large beds. A very comfortable base for families, friends, business and hen groups. A lovely living room with a large dining table in front of the large sash and case window, looking out to beautiful mature trees and the clock and tower of Broughton Parish Church, also built in 1823.

A fine example of a spacious, second floor Georgian apartment (1823). with mainly antique furniture, stripped pine floors and doors, working shutters, rugs and quality curtains, located in the historic Georgian New Town, which along with the Oldtown forms a Unesco World Heritage site.

The city centre, main train and bus stations are only a fifteen to twenty-minute walk. The tram from the airport is a 10-minute walk. We are close to most of the galleries and many tourist sites.The Royal Botanical Gardens is close by. local buses are frequent and reliable. Parking is free outside from 17:30 - 08:30 and all weekend.

The property is privately owned and is a great option. We are very glad to help with information and answer any questions while you are considering a reservation.

These are very helpful points. We were very glad to offer the guests a morning check in, and very disappointed to be around 30 minutes late to welcome them. The plumber turned out quickly and had the toilet working by 2pm. We have changed the ad to 2 bathrooms, as sadly I had not noticed the site said three. There is a family bathroom. an en suite shower over a bath, as well as a separate toilet. We will be supplying some toiletries in addition to the hand soap dispensers in future for guests, as kindly suggested by the guest.

Fernando and his group were a pleasure and good fun to host. They were very respectful of everyone and everything. Fernando dealt marvellously and imaginatively when a tap handle came off and water was spouting. He applied an excellent temporary strap using a thick plastic bag to stop the water, and phoned me immediately. The house was left in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend Fernando and his friends as guests. Peter

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Peter (the owner) a message.

If Peter (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
