Spacious Sorrento Retreat:

This property can sleep up to 20 people!

We accept bookings for up to 12 adults.

Set on a large double block, this property is ideal for extended families, 3 or 4 separate family groups, or groups of friends, 3-4 separate family groups or even a corporate group.

Double-storey accommodation with:

Airconditioning in some bedrooms; ceiling fans in living areas

7 bedrooms including a self-contained bungalow

13 beds in total plus two day-beds and a trundle bed in an 8th room, sleeping up to 20 people.

There are 6 modern spacious bathrooms and an additional powder room.

Fully appointed kitchen with quality appliances, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine set up to cater for many.

Doonas with covers, blankets and pillows are provided as part of the tariff.

Linen/sheets/towels are not provided as part of the tariff, it is an extra $30 per person.

There are also a portacot and a cot mattress available at the house.

The house and grounds are huge so there is ample room for the extended family and you will still have plenty of room to move.

A bond of $500 applies to every booking. Any damages to the house that exceed this amount are to be paid by the tenant. Bond will be returned as soon as the house is returned in a clean and tidy condition with no damage.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Adam (the owner) a message.

If Adam (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
