★Casa Annabel is an air conditioned/heated studio which sleeps 2 adults and two children or a maximum of 3 adults..

★Casa Annabel has a king size bed and a day bed which has a sprung base and a proper mattress and can be made up as a single or a king size.

★ Set in the beautifully landscaped and tranquil Mi Jardin

★3 minutes walk to the lovely pool

★Less than 20 minutes-walk to the blue flag Carvajal beach, the train station, bus stops, shops, bars and restaurants.

★ Only 3km from Benalmadena Pueblo.

★There is a covered terrace with a sea view.

★The well-equipped kitchen allows for easy self-catering.

★Free UK/Spanish & international TV is available.

★Free 300mb WIFI

★ Free use of cot/high chair.

★ No car necessary.

★Casa Annabel adjoins Casa Christabel (7502873) which can be booked together to allow for larger groups of family or friends. Please ask the owner for any additional information required.

★ The apartment is set in very quiet surroundings, which will enable you to work from home if necessary. There is adequate space for you to set up a work station for your laptop and an extension lead with a usb charging port should you choose to work on the terrace. There is a good mobile phone signal.

★ Sustainability-We have a solar powered hot water tank which holds 300 litres of hot water, (with a back up boiler for those few cloudy days) so that you will never run out of hot water.

You will find reusable dish cloths & scourers for your pots and pans and instead of providing plastic bottles of mineral water you will find a lovely glass bottle of tap water waiting for you in the fridge when you arrive.

You will find lunch boxes & refillable bottles to take drinks to the beach with you so there is no need to buy products in single use plastic wrapping or bottles. We have also installed pump dispensers of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel to the avoid the use of single use plastics.

Our housekeepers use eco-friendly cleaning products and the new washing machine uses only the minimum amount of water necessary. Our aircon is monitored so that it cannot be accidentally left on when you open the door or go out for the day.

You will find shopping bags and a wheel along crate to take to the shops so that you don’t have to buy plastic bags when you go shopping and we encourage our guests to sort and recycle rubbish. You will also find beach toys, inflatables and a body board for the children so you won’t have to buy a new bucket and spade each time you stay. This avoids having plastic items abandoned on the beach.

★Our housekeeping team are pleased to be able to offer our guests (staying for 7 or more nights) a mid stay clean (which includes a bed linen and towel change) at a cost of 60€. Please request this when making your reservation.

★Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and are charged at half the nightly rental rate. This will be confirmed 48 hours prior to check-in.

★ There are 27 golf clubs within an hours drive from Casa Christabel y Casa Annabel, 11 of which are less than 30 minutes away and 3 within a 10 minute drive.

★Spanish & U.K. International TV plus Sky, movies and sports are included free of charge.

★There is a Wi-Fi Ring camera/ doorbell on the front door which is motion-sensitive, and operates 24/7. I have access to the camera via the Ring app at any time. There are NO cameras inside the property.

★Please note there are steps down to Casa Annabel therefore it may not be suitable for those with walking difficulties.

★Casa Christabel y Casa Annabel are fully licensed with the Spanish Authorities.

★Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance in place prior to booking as I am unable to permit last minute cancellations.

★Adequate time is allowed between stays to allow Casa Annabel to be properly cleaned and sanitised ready for you to enjoy your holiday.

★We would prefer it if smokers did not make a reservation to stay in Casa Annabel and we thank you for your understanding!

★Urgent information regarding the community pool at Mi Jardin★

We have been informed today (Monday 1st April 2024) that the Junta de Andalucia (Government of Andalusia ) have forbidden the opening of private and community pools, due to the ongoing drought restrictions.

This situation is totally out of our control and may well change at short notice.

Please remember that the owners cannot accept any liability for compensation, or cancellation requests due to the pool closure, should you choose to make a reservation to stay at Casa Christabel y Casa Annabel after 1st April 2024.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Sarah (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
