Villa Poinciana is the 2nd most reviewed villa in Western Cyprus on trip advisor (as at December 2022). Consistently over the last 14 years we have provided hundreds of guests from all over the world with a wonderful villa at reasonable prices that have made their vacation a memorable one. Not all satisfied guests are able to leave a review but they are a very good source to any potential guests of the reliability of our villa. The villa enjoys wonderful views of the sea and mountains in a quiet location yet close to many activities in Latchi such as water sports, Quad biking, cycling, hiking, para gliding and fishing.
The villa is well arranged, offering spacious modern accommodation, bedroom balconies and fully furnished with a modern, exquisite style. You will find a tempting 10m x 5m PRIVATE HEATED swimming pool (see further details section below) surrounded in the garden, parasols and sun beds. During the cooler Winter months the villa has proper underfloor heating available for use provided with rental charges (Dec-Mid March). Managed by local agents who go to great lengths to ensure all guests are looked after, as is confirmed by many of the trip advisor reviews. The beach is just a 3/4 minute walk away and the picturesque fishing harbour of Latchi with its famous restaurants a 6/7 min walk. At night you can sit and relax in one of the local beach bars, enjoy the music, and even take a midnight swim and return to the bar ! Charming Polis is a 5 min drive with its equally wide range of taverns and restaurants, many situated around the paved town square. And of course the legendary Baths of Aphrodite are only 4 km away. Situated just outside Latchi village near the isolated, rugged and scenic Akamas Peninsula, a visit to the legendary Baths of Aphrodite is a must as is boat journey up the Akamas peninsula to stop in many of the coves such as the blue lagoon to swim or snorkel. Ramblers will love the many walks available in the area as the hills and valley are completely unspoiled and simply pristine. However for the younger generation visiting there are a few good nightclubs in the Latchi/Polis area and bustling Paphos is just a 35min drive away.
Finally we have high speed internet and Box TV, a real hit with guests with c400 channels over several countries including UK and Russia and plenty of sports channels.

A returnable security/damages deposit of £300 is required in order to secure the villa plus a percentage of the rental cost. Welcome packs available upon request for nominal cost.
Property let out includes pool fully managed, gardening and a clean on check out with a linen change if for more than 11 nights. The villa is clean before arrival. Villa is rented on a self catering basis.
Air Conditioning (both cooling and heating) charges are included in the rentals but downstairs units are only turned on between June to September.
Pool heating is available all year but can be ineffective during late Autumn/Winter and early May to early October. Pool heating costs are only included in the prices for these periods:

Please note that holiday lettings will take a commission of between 9 to 16% for booking via the website. I offer discounts to guests taking into consideration time of year, length of booking and how close you are to another booking.

Note the entire veranda area is surrounded by a railing and 2 gates for access which can be locked to secure small children within the veranda area who cannot yet swim.
