Huge secluded luxurious 5 bed villa with extensive grounds and spectacular sea and mountain views. Secluded private pool Beautiful gardens and a badminton / volleyball court.

Its located Just minutes to the beaches and amazing mountain walks are in walking distance. Villa Layla has spectacular sea and mountain views.

There are Numerous options for alfresco dining in the grounds including a large beautifully furnished upper terrace where you can watch the sun set whilst enjoying spectacular 360 views. There is a bespoke natural stone barbecue and clay oven with a rustic table and chairs all shaded by an almond tree. There is a beautiful arched veranda with a nice sofa set and local artwork where you can have a morning coffee whilst looking out over the turquoise Mediterranean. There are fig, lemon and orange trees and an entire wall of passion fruit vines in the gardens and in the right seasons you can have a delicious breakfast straight from the tree. And the stars... There's so many stars. You can spend hours gazing at them.

The villa is very large and well furnished. The rooms are beautifully laid out. They have their own individual private terraces. The property is decorated well throughout.

A nice welcome pack is included free of charge with groceries and wine in the fridge. Help is on hand if needed as the property manager lives just down the road. We can arrange a rented car to be waiting in the drive and pick ups to and from the airports.

The Villa is in in a friendly village that has remained unchanged in millennia. A shop is a minutes walk away and it sells pretty much everything, plus some local village produce including halloumi and olive bread which are out of this world. Bigger supermarkets are a 5 minute drive away. Bars and restaurants are minutes away and there are bars in walking distance.

There is air conditioning in all the rooms.

Rackets, shuttlecocks and balls for the court are provided and lots and lots of books you can read and exchange with. We even have a fancy lilo with incorporated drinks holder so you can float around the pool and sip your favourite cocktail.

Villa Layla has been a private villa for a long time and has sat empty most of the year this is why we are renting it now. It has been designed with attention to detail not normally seen in rented property. It really won't disappoint.

The property manager, Mike lives just down the road. He is London- Cypriot and is just a lovely person. He will come and see you to give you the keys or if arriving at odd hours the key will be in a place so you can let yourselves in and he will come the following day to see if you need anything, tell you how to turn the fountain on and anything else you might need. He’ll make sure there is wine, beer and some basic food in the fridge for when you arrive. If you need restaurant recommendations, a car or help with anything Mike is there for you. If you’d like local cuisine without leaving, the neighbours are a family of amazing chefs. Everything is made by them including cheese. They can cook for you at very reasonable prices

How do damage deposits work?

If Layla Rose and (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
