From the owner

The house is part of a brand new complex of traditional terraced houses with sea view .It is situated on a hill very close to P.Triovasalos village where shops,traditional taverns ,banks ,supermarkets and coffee shops can be found.It is at a 10-minute-walking distance from the village and the nearest beach at Mandrakia.The Medical Centre of the island is a 5 minute drive from the house.

The guest house hastwo bedrooms,one bathroom. a fully equipped kitchen with an electric cooker and oven,a fridge,a microwave oven,a coffeemaker,a toaster ,a hairdryer,a 32" TV and a iron.

Guests can also use the outdoor barbecue and wood stove if the weather allows it.

The house is cleaned daily while clean sheets and towels are available every three days.It can host 5-6 people since extra beds for adults or children can be added upon request as both bedrooms and the sitting room are very spacious.

The place is really quiet.This makes it an exceptional option for couples and families as the view of the sea and the surrounding islands from the veranda is stunning.

The owners of the guest house are very hospitable and always ready to offer help.

Its location just 5km away from the port and 9km from the airport and its vicinity to the villages of P.Triovasalos and Mandrakia make it the perfect choice for unforgettable holidays.

There is plenty of space around the house for free parking.

    How do damage deposits work?

    If GINA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
