Book a relaxing wellness holiday in our spacious and light luxury house Villa Princess and relax by the romantic pool (south side) with heating at 28 degrees on a 1000 m2 property where you will find a groomed garden with tropical plants and you do not have to worry about noise from nearby neighbors. In a 3 minute drive you can get to the sea and have different options for hours, day or weeks for renting boats or kayaks or booking day tours to the most beautiful islands. In just under a half hour you can get to the long beaches in Sanibel, Captiva or Fort Meyers Beach. There are also a lot of good and traditional restaurants and shopping centers nearby. Biking or skating on Pine Island is very popular. You can go fishing in the lake. The stunning sunsets are worth notice - you can enjoy them from the pool area. We recommend the many direct flights from Europe.

Care: A German-English management service is on site. You can be instructed about the house and they will be helpful upon departure. The friendly management will inform you about shopping options, attractions and 'must-see' destinations.

Boat rides: We are only located about 1 mile from the sea. Rental boats in different sizes and strengths can be rented in Matlache and Pine Island and for hours, days or weeks. You can start here directly by the open sea without locks and without long canals. For those who are not experienced with boats it would be best with pontoon boats. Boat licenses are not required in Florida. However, you should not be completely inexperienced. You can search beautiful days without having to pay a week price in advance. There the island world is breathtaking and always remains unforgettable. For those who would prefer to be driven, there are organized boat rides with Tropic Star in Pine Island to Cayo Costa, Cabbage Key, Boca Grande (enough time for swimming).

Highlights: The lake is very popular for fishing and thus, our lake patio is ideal for all fishes. The lake view is ideal for young and old - long-term renters are welcome. The heated pool is very comfortable during the winter months. Matlache and Pine Island are also very romantic and ideal for biking, canoeing and kayaking. Between a 3 and 10 minute drive and you can rent boats at 4 harbors. In Matlache and Pine Island, boats can be rented - also daily! Direct Gulf access without locks and without long and slow canals and rivers. The dream islands of Cabbage Key, Cayo Costa, Captiva and many more can be easily reached from here.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
