Located in the picturesque coastal town of Lossiemouth on the edge of the Moray Firth.

This contemporary first class self catering luxury apartment has been newly completed in April 2016 and is perfect for couples or 3 people travelling together.

The apartment is situated opposite the first green of The Old classic Links course at Moray golf club which is regarded as one of the finest Links golf courses in Scotland, also situated 500 meters from the beautiful West beach one of two beaches in Lossiemouth.

Tighnabruaich Annex is available for rental all year round, and for maximum flexibility we offer from one night stays to weekly rentals.

The Annex comprises:

Lounge: 3 seater bed settee and matching armchair, T.V. with free view.

Kitchen: Fully fitted modern kitchen with an electric ceramic hob, grill & oven, Fridge, microwave, dishwasher , iron and ironing board.

Double Bedroom: Solid oak bed and matching side tables, wardrobe, dressing table, mirror, hairdryer ipod docking station and T.V. with free view.

Bathroom: Separate toilet with shaving point and spacious separate shower room with a large shower cubicle and heated towel rail.

One hand towel and one bath towel will be provided per person.

Secure storage available for storing golf equipment and bicycle's as No golf equipment to be kept in the apartment.

A welcome pack of basic essentials will be provided for our guests which is included in our rental rates.

One of us will usually be on hand to greet you when you arrive but on the rare occasion that we are not there is a key box situated at the rear of the main house. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send John (the owner) a message.

If John (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
