La Casa del Borgo is a newly renovated house is situated in the historic center of Brienza, the medieval village of the most beautiful and preserved of Basilicata.

For us is a host project based on family style. We thought of decorating the rooms in order to give the visitor the charm of staying at home and relax in an environment where the light brightens the walls and furniture giving warmth and relaxation. The balcony surrounding the house offering nice views to the river, on Castle Caracciolo and a beautiful view of the country just waiting to be discovered by you.

La Casa del Borgo is located in a strategic position: you can stop to enjoy the beautiful and picturesque corners that offers our village of Brienza or advantage for relaxing walks or picnics in the surrounding woods or reach a few kilometers from the beautiful beaches Maratea. And if you want to dive into a historical reality you can visit Caracciolo castle with its village, the Certosa di Padula .... These are only a few attractions of the place.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Felice (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
