Featured on TV's Fantasy Homes By The Sea! Headlands is a spacious, modern 4th floor apartment right next to the sea and blue flag beach in Westward Ho! North Devon, in the landmark Horizon View building.

The open plan living space has full width patio doors opening onto the large balcony with fantastic uninterrupted views across Bideford Bay and the estuary.

The master bedroom with it's four poster bed and en suite bathroom also opens onto the balcony and spectacular view. The twin bedroom has a large shower room right outside and can be made a super kingsize for a fee.

The apartment is equipped to a high standard and comes with allocated secure parking space, lift access, Sky TV, Fast Fibre WiFi, and B&O bluetooth speaker. All linens are provided, including luxurious 100% pure linen bedding, big 800 gsm fluffy white towels, tea towels, cloths, and beach towels.

Westward Ho! has everything you need for a great seaside holiday or a quiet weekend break with excellent shops and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk across the village green. You will be in a great place to explore wonderful places in North Devon like Clovelly, Hartland Quay, Appledore and Lynton & Lynmouth, and there is lots of opportunity to get active and have fun.

DISCLAIMER: Please note the kitchen hob is induction and should not be used by anyone with a PACEMAKER. The apartment is not suitable for anyone who cannot descend 4 flights of stairs in the event of a fire.

My husband and I stayed for a short break just before Easter. Everything you could possibly need was in the apartment and the view was amazing. Can not fault anything - would highly recommend.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lauren (the owner) a message.

If Lauren (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
