This home is located within the Homestead area of Reunion, situated within easy walking distance to the Reunion Grande, The Clubhouse, and The Seven Eagles Pool and Pavilion.

This villa has its own private screened pool. The open plan ground floor has a comfortable living area with wall mounted flat screen TV. There is a formal dining area that seats 8, a fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar with two stools. There is also an adjoining informal eating area that seats 8.

The spacious ground floor Master suite has a King size bed, large TV and large en-suite bathroom with twin vanity sinks, large tub, and walk-in shower. A gallery landing leads to five additional upstairs bedrooms, all with flat screen TVs.

The downstairs is completed by a laundry room and half bath.

All of this is located in the exclusive Reunion Resort. A truly beautiful place with world class amenities such as infinity pools, a full-service spa, scenic walking trails, fitness center, on-site fine dining, kids activities and much more.

Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.

This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.

Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.

“Best value” properties are typically older, the furniture and contents of the property will, therefore, be subject to wear and tear from use. Older homes may also be more susceptible to mechanical issues. Should a mechanical issue occur, best efforts will still be made to repair or replace or in the shortest time.

We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
