Immersed in a unique landscape surrounded by the Sabine Hills and ancient olive trees, we are on a hill in the green lands of the Lazio 60 km from Rome. Near the old village Casperia you enjoy an independent double bedroom with a private garden area and a rich breakfast.

A jewel in the heart of the Sabine Hills: located near the old village Casperia dating back to medieval times, the huge property offers a beautifully restored old stone farmhouse admidst ancient olive trees and a vineyard.

Colle Pandey has 1 huge double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a private entrance that preserve part of the original elements of the structure featuring antique and wood furniture.

Our Guests have a private garden with garden seating, here you enjoy peace and tranquillity, right on the top of a hill with a stunning 360 degree panorama of the Sabine Hills and Monte Soratte right down to the Tiber valley.

You can walk around or just relax in the huge property with garden sitting, amidst a wineyard and 400 secular olive trees.

You can visit the nearby attractions and the beautiful Sabine Hills by car or join organized excursions and visit Rome by train, having at hand all the services of the village of Casperia.

Breakfast: We serve a rich breakfast, during the summer month sit outside in the pretty garden or in the cozy country kitchen. Breakfast includes fresh milk (local production), coffee, tea, fruit juice, yoghurt, cereals, marmalade, butter, honey, croissants or cookies, rusks, fresh bread, fresh fruit, sausage, cheese.

The garden: We are away from the noise of the city, the ideal place for immersing yourself completely into the nature, savoring the colors and the scents of our enchanting territory! Here you enjoy peace and tranquillity, right on the top of a hill with a stunning 360 degree panorama of the sabina hills, Casperia and Monte Soratte right down to the Tiber valley.

Colle Pandey is definitely the place where you can go and have all the peace and quiet you need to relax and unwind.

The room of Colle Pandey: The Country House Bed and breakfast is in an old and finely built cut stone farmhouse with an independent entrance to your private garden area. It offers a spacious and comfortable 30 sqm double room with ensuite bathroom and antiques. Possibility of adding an extra bed and a cot. The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer. It is characterized by the presence of walls in stone, which give it an appearance of other times. Opening the door window you can admire the garden and the view of the luxuriant countryside.

The Village of Casperia: Immersed in a unique landscape surrounded by Sabine Mountains, Casperia (1 km) is located on a hill in the green lands of the Lazio 60 km from Rome. From the village, a beautiful pedestrian only, you enjoy a beautiful view over the Sabina landscape.

Here you find Restaurants, Bars, supermarkets, Fuel station, Bank, etc. The local shops have everything you need. A Sports Center, open all year round, with tennis courts and a public swimming pool with panoramic view (daily entrance fee, pool seasonal) are very close (5 minutes drive) to our location.

    If Elena (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
