As a pensioner I left for Sri Lanka because I am completely devoted to this beautiful country and I have visited 33 times before. I was real and still am, in love with this beautiful country with its inhabitants and nature.Is a cozy house not far from the beach that I bought in 2014. The house has three bedrooms and I therefore have 2 rentals for one or more nights for people looking for a cheap night. We rent a room with an extra large double bed and a family room as we call it, where two double beds are placed and therefore there is room for up to four people. Each room has its own bathroom. Around the house a beautiful garden. It is a quiet neighborhood with only one neighbor, a family consisting of 5 members, a nice family that is ready for everyone every day, front, back and right no neighbors, only beautiful trees that pleasantly whisper in the evening. 20% of the proceeds go to the Ayubowan Yaluva Sri Lanka Foundation, which in turn wants to give people a better life again

Interaction with guest

You get a lot of rest with us and certainly by the evening when the sun is gone it is only the wind that you hear rustling through the trees. The rooms are spacious and without annoying vermin. Every morning a tasty and good breakfast is served with different fruits from Sri Lanka. Together with my wife we ​​can tell a lot about Sri Lanka and we can designate the nice places for a nice holiday

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jan (the owner) a message.

If Jan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
