villa Jardin is located in a peaceful, exclusive area, with no passing traffic and a 300m stroll to the beach, a perfect choice for families or couples.

A short distance away are the mystical 'Baths of Aphrodite', Akamas bay and the untouched beauty of the Akamas National Park. The fishing village of Latchi is renowned for its excellent taverns serving fresh fish and traditional Cypriot dishes.

The private and peaceful villa is designed to a very high standard and tastefully furnished. UK and international TV channels, with fast wi-fi and full air conditioning through out. With open concept living, lounge and a dining room, with separate fully fitted kitchen.On the first floor you have the master bedroom with en-suite and two other bedrooms offering fabulous views of the Mediterranean with the Troodos mountains in the background from all balconies.

Walk out to the patio and pool, you are surrounded by Mediterranean gardens with numerous places to relax and unwind. The 8m x 4m x 1.5m private pool with easy access Roman steps can be securely gated for young children. The LED colour changing lighting, makes for an enjoyable experience swimming at night under the stars. There is an outside shower on the large patio area with garden furniture, sun loungers, a BBQ terrace and a parabola with two tables for dining el fresco on hot summer days in the shade .

We have a helpful English couple living nearby who look after our villa, with their local knowledge of the best places to go, making your holiday more enjoyable. The pool is maintained weekly and our villa is cleaned for your arrival, together with fresh bed linen and house towels with no additional cost for Wi-fi and full air-conditioning. No hidden extra's, the price you see is the price you pay. villa Jardin has these Covid-19 protocols in place: rooms cleaned with disinfectant check in and check out with no person-to-person contact all towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC high-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (e.g. countertops, light switches, handles and taps

Why can't I call Peter & Susan (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Peter & Susan (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Peter & Susan (the owner) a message.

If Peter & Susan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
