Modern and comfortable 3 stores row house where you will feel like at home (hope you feel even better!).

The villa is a stunning example of a modern beach-front development, combining comfort with a truly modern style. Split over three floors, the focal point of the property is the swimming pool (can be used all year round), complete with the barbecue and decking area that is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fabulous weather.

When the sun goes down it becomes a tranquil chill-out area, with soft outdoor lighting, sofas and comfortable chairs: a great place to entertain guests with an after dinner cocktail or two!.

Situated on the ground floor is the living area complete with designer furnishings and a kitchen and dining area that comes complete with everything you may need during your stay. The four double bedrooms are all of them upstairs, two of them with sea views. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms (double and twin) and on top of the house a big open plan bedroom with a courtain the separates the space in 2 smaller bedrooms.

Stunning modern decor, plenty of space and an unbeatable location combine to make this a truly great option for guests wanting to fuse a city break with some sun, sand and sea.

Situated just 30 meters from Malvarrosa beach, this beautiful modern villa is unique: it offers a fantastic beach-front location while is only a few kilometers of the historical center of Valencia city. Located just to the north of Valencia's Port, Malvarrosa beach offers guests nearly 3 kilometers of clean white sand and crystal blue waters. The surrounding area was historically occupied by fishermen and it is currently home to a number of modern developments, offering guests a wide choice of restaurants and cafes. Valencia itself is a vibrant city full of history and culture, from the classic architecture and lively marketplace in the Cathedral quarter to the narrow streets of El Carmen or the ultra-modern City of the Arts and Sciences.

Thank you for your comment. We planned to change all linen and pillows at the end of this season (next October) but thanks to your comment we are going to change them now for new ones. And yes you are right as the capacity of this House is 8 people: we know this House is very comfortable for 8 people mainly because there are only 2 bathrooms. But there is space enough to add more beds for bigger groups of people and all they know there are only 2 bathrooms. Hope to host you again!

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pilar (the owner) a message.

If Pilar (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
