Nestling in a sheltered bay, Carvoeiro is a quaint fishing village with a small sandy beach and an abundance of restaurants. A few kilometres out of Carvoeiro is a lovely rural area known as Sesmarias, where you will find the Pestana Golf Resort.Casa Oleander is situated overlooking the 14th fairway of the Gramacho course. It also has spectacular views of the Monchique mountains, the town of Portimao and surrounding rural farmland. It really is a most beautiful and peaceful setting.The villa is constructed to a very high standard complete with double glazing, central heating and a log burning fire. Outside there is a 26' x 13' swimming pool, large garden and barbecue area.On the ground floor the villa comprises entrance hall, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.There are two twin-bedded rooms on the ground floor, both en-suite. Two single fold-away (full size) beds are available enabling the villa to sleep up to 8 persons if required.The first floor comprises the Master bedroom with full en-suite plus a sun terrace overlooking the garden and golf courses.Carvoeiro has become one of the Algarve's most sought-after resorts, with its dramatic sandstone cliffs, sandy beaches and gently rolling landscape scattered with olive, wild fig, almond, carob and citrus trees. The Algarve is noted for both its year round mild climate and the friendliness of the local people.The Pestana Golf Resort comprises two magnificent golf courses each with its own character and appeal. Pinta is a par 71 championship course, Gramacho is par 72 with beautiful palm trees and water features making it one of the most attractive in the Algarve. Each course provides a testing round for both the low handicapped player as well as great enjoyment for the holiday golfer.Facilities within the complex include a well equiped pro-shop, restaurant, tennis courts, bowling greens, a local shop plus the David Leadbetter Golf Academy. There are several supermarkets within a 5 minute drive of the villa. There are also many attractions for children in the local area including Zoo Marine Gardens and two very exciting water parks.

We have had a very nice stay in Casa Oleander, the house was excellent and the golf complex very quiet and with fantàstic services. The kids enjoy a lot in the swimming pool.

Why can't I call Brian (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Brian (the owner) a message.

If Brian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
