Very well finished apartment of new construction, located in an elegant residential area. The apartment is complete with kitchenware, bed linen and towels. In the price are including electric and water consumption. Equipped with every comfort: kitchen, two bathrooms, microwave oven, fridge, fireplace, on request, baby cot, high chair and stroller. Nearby: restaurant, pizzeria, bar, shopping arcade, bakery, feature ATM, bus stop to the beach. Just a few kilometres from the sea and the old town of Ostuni, Cisternino, near the Valle d'Itria, Alberobello, Grotte di Castellana and Safari Park. Salento airport just 10 minutes, vicinissimoi to the nature reserve of Torre Guaceto OASIS, where you can dive and hiking. The holiday house is ideal for families or couples who want to enjoy the beauties of salento and natural beaches in quiet and less chaotic manner than traditional marine sites. WI FI.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
