We are excited to enjoy the new pool complex with completion ETA as 1st June 2024.

*Due to Hurricanes Ian and Nicole there is currently no pool for this short period but beach access is a two minute walk.

Million Dollar ocean view for weekly rentals! Come vacation where you can sit back, relax and enjoy the stunning scenery of Daytona Beach Shores. 180 degree views from New Smyrna Beach all the way to Daytona Beach, the most famous beach in the world. Absolutely stunning!

This unit is located in the White Surf Condominium. Floor to ceiling windows in the living room and master Bedroom offer unparalleled views of the ocean.

As the name states 'White Surf', you can see plenty of experienced and novice surfers enjoying the waves.

The ocean front balcony is the perfect viewing platform for space x launches from Kennedy Space Center as well as wonderful place to just take in the ocean air and relax.

The Living room has a large sliding glass door and floor to ceiling windows. There is plenty of seating for the whole family to gather around and relax. There are two reclining chairs, flat screen TV, cable & a DVD player.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a beach and ocean view. The balcony can be accessed via the master bedroom with floor to ceiling windows offer breath taking views. The master has a private bathroom, closet, vanity & flat screen TV.

The guest bedroom has two Queen beds, a large closet & flat screen TV.

There is a private washer/dryer for your convenience and a storage area for your beach items. The unit is also equipped with high-speed wireless Internet service.

The building is equipped with a Tennis Court, exercise room, air hockey and foosball.

Relax and enjoy walking and / or riding bikes on the beach, building sandcastles, swimming in the ocean, fishing and so much more! Dolphin sitings are a regular occurrence here too!

This Non-Smoking condo is fully licensed in the State of Florida and conforms to all safety and legal requirements.
