Beautiful and spacious house in the lovely, historic village of Comares. The house sleeps up to 8 people and has entrance hall, living room/dining room with doors to terrace with amazing views, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terraces and finally, gorgeous roof terrace with breathtaking views. The house also has heating/air conditioning, internet WiFi, chimney and parking. There is the possibility of exclusive use of the private jacuzzi for an additional charge. The house is situated in the village and you can walk to bars, shops, restaurants, banks, chemist and bakery.

The village has an excellent municipal swimming pool open July and August (small daily cost paid locally).You can reach gorgeous beaches in 30 minutes, by car, and Lake Vinuela is just 20 minutes. You can see the Lake from your terraces. Malaga centre is 1 hour and you can also visit Granada, Cordoba, Seville and Ronda in just a few hours. Come and discover Comares! Comares is to the East of Malaga and is known to be the most beautiful village in the Axarquia. This lovely village house is in the centre of the village and you can walk easily to bars, restaurant,s banks, shops, bakery and chemist. The house is 30 minutes, by car, from beautiful beaches and 20 minutes to Lake Vinuela. You have views of the Lake from the gorgeous terrace. From the house it is 90 minutes to Granada, 2 hours to Seville, Cordoba and Ronda. The house is 60 minutes from Malaga Airport and 30 minutes from the motorway exit

Air conditioning cost: 30 euros by week is in place for your arrival, after this you pay for what you use. The average cost is 1 euro for 1 hour depending on the temperature that you set. Please be aware that air conditioning is available in all the bedrooms only.

The property is available for monthly lets over the Winter months. The price is subject to electricity and wood.

Exclusive use of the private jacuzzi is available for an extra 150 euros per week.

The jacuzzi is available from April 1 to November 15

Please note, in accordance with Spanish health and safety recommendations the jacuzzi will reach a maximum temperature of 33/34 degrees. It is not possible to have the jacuzzi at a higher temperature than this, for motives of health and safety for all our clients.

1 dog can be allowed but only after consultation and there is an extra cost to be paid.

The minimum age of the person making the reservation must be 25 years.

-Monthly rentals (28 days or more) do NOT include electricity, gas bottles (if required) and pellets for the pellets stove. Electricity is charged at 0.35€/Kw.

It is possible to rent the villa monthly from September to June

First you use this platform to put a comment when you have not booked with this one. So your comment is inadmissible. You did not want to rent through Airbnb to avoid commission fees because at that time it would suit you. We never encourage our customers to go live because for us the result is the same. On the other hand, after spending a few nights in the accommodation you began to look for arguments to leave and to be reimbursed, why, because you had realized that you did not want a house in the village but rather a house in the campo with swimming pool for your children. When I rent a property and I realize that there are things that are wrong, I declare it immediately, not 2 days later. Fortunately, all our customers are not like you in bad faith!!

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact the property manager to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
