Graziosa villetta a Costa Rey, nella meravigliosa costa sud-orientale della Sardegna. La zona si caratterizza per la presenza di estese spiagge di sabbia finissima e numerose calette immerse nel tipico paesaggio granitico. A pochi km sono presenti diversi nuraghi, numerose testimonianze di archeologia preistorica e la riserva marina di Villasimius. Cagliari dista meno di un'ora, così pure il porto e l'aeroporto.In città potrete ammirare numerose testimonianze del passato, in particolare vi segnaliamo il museo archeologico per i reperti Punici e l'esposizione dei giganti di Monte Prama Dalla casa è agevolmente raggiungibile a piedi la spiaggia e a poca distanza sono presenti tutti i servizi, tanti ristoranti vi offriranno una vasta scelta delle specialità gastronomiche sarde. La casa è formata da un'ampia zona giorno con angolo cottura e camino, tre camere da letto, bagno con vasca e una grande veranda aperta sul giardino privato. Interamente arredata anche di biancheria, la villa dispone di 6 posti letto e di tutti gli elettrodomestici. Nel giardino che la circonda sono presenti un comodo barbecue in muratura e una doccia esterna.

    La casa è grande e veramente completa di tutto. A 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Costa Rei è vicina alle spiagge più belle della Sardegna.
