The Diana - Sea View apartment, is located on the 3rd floor of a house. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, each with a small balcony and double beds (additional flexible bed for a 5th person provided),a kitchen with dinning room and a bathroom with a tub. At the guests disposal there is a large covered terrace with a wonderful view to the sea and the nearby islands, and a roof terrace with a panoramic 360' view. You will be enjoying the convenience of wireless internet, tv-sat (pay tv), air condition, washing machine, coffee machine and other appliances that meet the needs of everyday life.
It is ideal for 4 person.
Nearby there is a lot of sports facilities like tennis, sailing, jogging, free climbing, and lovely walking and jogging track inside the park forest in the hill Marjan. Crossing the road, in 5 minutes walking you can find a beautiful beaches..
Nearby there are even a few noteworthy cultural content such as the Museum of Croatian Archaeological Monuments, Galleries and kastelet of the world famous sculptor Ivan Mestrovic. You have also some smaller and larger shops, restaurants and pizzerias.
Split is urban, cultural and traffic centre of Dalmatia – southern coastal region of Croatia. It's situated on one of sunniest parts of Mediterranean with up to 2700 sunny hours a year. Town with 1700 years of existence has numerous archaeological, cultural and historical monuments. Most famous of them is Diocletian's palace – part of UNESCO world heritage. Split has warmth and attraction of modern Mediterranean city.
City history can be explored in numerous museums, and, if that makes you tired – you can take a walk to Park Forest Marjan and enjoy easy walk in shade of hundred year old pines.
Culture and entertainment is always rich – specially in the summer – when Split's squares, promenades, yards and other spaces turn into large open stage. If you are more of the gastronome– you'll enjoy Mediterranean cuisine and sea specialities in numerous restaurants and taverns (traditional Dalmatian konoba).
Numerous beaches including central sand beach Bacvice and nearby Split provides you place to enjoy sea, sun and/or water sports.
Finally, Split is ideal starting point to explore numerous romantic town lets surrounding Split, it's central position and good traffic connections enables you to take daily trips to nearby islands, national parks etc.
From Split it is easy to make a trip into the hinterland, and visit the so called eco-villages.
Excursions to the National Park Krka and Plitvice Lakes, trips to the beautiful islands surrounding Split:
Brac, Solta, Hvar, Vis, Korcula, or visit to the neighboring historical cities: Trogir, Omis, Sibenik can all be arrange in Split.
Split is also suitable for the active sports holidays, with different sport activities: sailing, diving, rafting, golfing ...
If you are a nature lover, not far from the city center you can enjoy the Forest Park “Marjan”, a thick pine forest on the hills that descends to the sea and to the numerous beautiful sandy, pebble and rocky beaches.
Connection between Dalmatia and nature is best felt in its gastronomy. Dalmatian cuisine is well known for its diverse and rich Mediterranean scents and flavors including the famous Dalmatian wines.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Davor (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
