Semi-detached apartment with sea view. It has a double bedroom and a large attic room with skylight, on the upper floor, with two single sofa beds and a possible additional bed. Shared outdoor spaces and possibility to eat outside. Equipped with everything, including washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, hairdryer, sheets and towels. Wifi connection. Air conditioning. The house is located on the first hills of eastern Genoa, a few kilometers from the center and the sea, but in the green of olive trees. It can be reached through a short pedestrian stretch in a typical Ligurian "creuza" (70 meters), which can be covered by motorbike. At about 400 m there is a small shop equipped with everything, as well as a newsagent and a bar, while the first supermarket is located about 2 km (700 meters on foot). Easy parking. Bus stop no. 87 for Brignole Station (see AMT Genova website for timetables) Discounts for long periods and for accompanying persons admitted to city hospitals. The tourist tax of € 1.50 per person over 14 years is required for the first 8 nights. ON HOLIDAY WITH DOG, RABBIT CAT OR TURTLE? Pets are allowed and welcome in an environment suitable for them. Those who want to go to the beach or visit the city without worries, can leave them in custody. In addition to the company for a few hours a day, they will find comfort in all their needs.     Quiet hidden gem

    Staying at this apartment was wonderful. Everything was clean, the renter was very accommodating, and the garden and views are lovely. I look forward to spending more time there this summer.

    How do damage deposits work?
