Two of the finest rental villas situated in one of the most desirable areas making it the ideal location for families and groups to enjoy a great holiday experience in the tropical island paradise of Phuket. The villas are situated close to the beautiful beach of Nai Harn at the South West tip of the island.Located in a peaceful and upscale area on a quiet, traffic-free cul-de-sac you will enjoy local amenities, including a full range of restaurants, family friendly bars, shops and banks, all a short walk (100m) from your villa.Both villas provide quality and spacious accommodation; they were built and equipped to an uncompromising standard. Villa Two was completed in January 2011 and Villa One was refurbished in 2011. We have an ongoing maintenance and upgrade program that ensures the properties are kept looking like new. They are managed by the English owner (who resides in Phuket) and maintained and serviced on a daily basis by our full time staff.The Villas are located on adjacent plots, but are completely private with separate pools making them ideal for larger groups to rent both properties at the same time. They are set in their own large private gardens with large swimming pools. Villa One provides spacious accommodation with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (5 en-suite) and can comfortably sleep 16 adults. Villa Two provides similar levels of accommodation and has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 en-suite) and can sleep up to 12 adults. We provide a full range of services for our guests. Basic services such as airport transfers, daily housekeeping, electricity, gardening, towels and linen, unlimited high speed Internet access and satellite TV are all included in the rental price. In addition we provide a full range of supplementary services like catering, transport and concierge assistance to enhance your holiday experience.The location provides a great choice of different activities from the beautiful beach at Nai Harn (just voted the 3rd best beach in Asia), to an extensive choice of boating activities (at Chalong and Rawai) and a great range of night life and restaurants or if you wish enjoy some of the peaceful spots with amazing views.Operating since 2007 we offer our guests quality accommodation at realistic prices, great service and peace of mind in dealing with a well-established and reputable company. SERVICES INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL FEE

AIRPORT TRANSFERS both ways to Phuket International Airport or other location on Phuket. We provide one mini bus for both transfers. The mini vans in common use will carry a maximum of 11 adults depending on the amount of luggage. Where additional vehicles or transfers are needed we will charge at our cost.

TOWELS FOR THE BATHROOM AND POOL as well as bed linen are included. Towels are changed every 2-3 days and bed linen every 3-4 days. We also have a stock of beach towels, which are available on request.

FULL DAILY MAID SERVICE is provided to both Villas. We have full time housekeeping staff that will attend to both villas during the day. We also have a full time gardener who attends to the garden and pool.

HIGH SPEED WI-FI INTERNET access is available in both villas. Coverage in the villa is good, uptime and speed is good and usage unlimited.

SATELLITE TV, (UBC offering about 60 channels) which includes several English language news and movie channels. We also have a DVD player and selection of CD's, DVD's and books.

SERVICE AND TAXES are included. We include a generous electrical daily unit allowance within the rental cost. Thereafter we charge at our cost for additional units used. Where customers use less than the allocated allowance we will credit this to their final invoice.

AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE AND DISHWASHER is provided in both villas together with soap powder etc. We also provide toilet rolls, tissues, and kitchen towels.

CONCIERGE ASSISTANCE is available at any reasonable time. Where guests have any serious or urgent problems we are happy to assist at any time.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Villa Two is the newer of the two villas and incorporates the same concepts that have made Villa One ideal for both the rental market and tropical living. The design links all rooms on the main floor to a large covered poolside terrace which includes a comfortable outside lounge and eating area adjacent to the kitchen.

Built on a single-level, from parking to poolside, it provides easy access and lots of usable space. Although the whole villa has air conditioning the design has used the natural wind flow to keep all areas well ventilated and cool without using air conditioning.

The property is raised off the ground so that guests can enjoy the great views over the pool and large garden to the nearby mountains.

Space is the common theme throughout the villa, both in floor space and ceiling height. The main living area features high ceilings and sliding windows opening onto the poolside terrace.

The construction and design has been superb, as has the finishing with the extensive use of teak, granite and modern ceramics. The result is that the villa has an overwhelming feeling of space, luxury and comfort set within a very practical, clutter free and relaxing environment.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
Villa Two has 4 bedrooms (3 en-suite) and 4 bathrooms and can sleep 12 adults with ease. All bedrooms have AC and fans, large wardrobes and have lots of floor space. We provide quality bed linen and towels. All beds have extra topper mattresses for added comfort.

BEDROOM 1 – King size bed, single bed and space for a cot. The en-suite bathroom has a large enclosed shower and large granite counter with basin. Sleeps maximum of 3 adults.

BEDROOM 2 – King size bed, 2 single beds and space for cot. The massive en-suite bathroom has enclosed shower, separate huge Jacuzzi bath and large granite counter with basin. Sleeps a maximum of 4 adults and space for a cot.

BEDROOM 3 – King size bed and single bed. The en-suite bathroom has a large enclosed shower and large granite counter with basin. The room has double aspect views over garden and opens directly onto the poolside via large sliding doors. Sleeps a maximum of 3 adults and space for a cot.

BEDROOM 4 – Has 2 single beds that can be placed together as a double. This is an ideal bedroom for children if the parents are in bedroom 2 or 3 but can also be private with separate access to the 4th full bathroom. The room opens directly onto the poolside via large sliding doors. Sleeps a maximum of 2 adults.

BATHROOM 4 – Separate bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.

PLEASE NOTE: We aim to sleep a maximum of 12 adults. We can also accommodate smaller children in cots or small beds. Please confirm numbers and ages when booking with 12 or more guests.

POOLSIDE LIVING
The most stunning feature of Villa 2 is the pool, which is surrounded by a large covered poolside terrace, and it is where you will spend most of your time. The 10 Metre swimming pool and contoured Jacuzzi becomes the focus of daytime activity and the large terrace is superb for sun bathing, having fun or relaxing with family and friends. At night it is transformed into an unforgettable tropical paradise ideal for enjoying an evening meal or drinks at our large dining table or in the outside lounge.

MAIN LIVING SPACE
The large lounge opens directly onto the poolside. It has ample seating to enjoy the large TV and home theater system. There is a separate indoor dining table that will seat 8 people.

KITCHEN
The large well-equipped kitchen opens directly onto the poolside and has everything you or our cook will need to prepare delicious food or snacks. The kitchen has 2 fridges, 2 sinks, dishwasher, fan oven and large 3-burner gas hob and extractor.

OUTSIDE AREAS AND SWIMMING POOL
The swimming pool is 10 x 4 x 1.8m deep. The Jacuzzi is located at the shallow end and has a long contoured seat. The pool uses a saltwater chlorination system, which is kind to eyes and has no chlorine odor. The pool can be fitted with a specially designed stainless steel safety railing and gate, which isolates the house from the pool, ideal if you have young children. The large well-developed tropical garden is a haven for plants and wildlife.

The villa has a secure wall which surrounds the property and an automatic gates to the covered parking for 4 vehicles.
