From the owner

This spacious three storey villa set in private grounds is just five minutes from the stunning Nai Harn beach in the south of Phuket. With great local amenities and restaurants the villa is only 15 minutes from the lively nightlife of Kata and Karon beach with Patong an easy 25 minutes away. There are also a number of beautiful and secluded beaches in the close vicinity.
Take breakfast on the large balconies, enjoy evening meals on the roof garden taking in the breathtaking 360 degree sunset, sea and mountain views or dine in the outdoor Balinese sala. Relax by the pool or sunbathe in the garden and unwind in complete privacy.
The open plan living/dining area has a kitchen fitted to high European standards and the villa is furnished throughout. There are four air-conditioned bedrooms, three in the villa, two en suite and a poolside studio bedroom with en suite. The master occupies the whole top floor and has its own private balcony overlooking the pool. There is a balcony on the first floor which the other two bedrooms share.

Thank you Andrew for your review, I am truly sorry that you felt strong enough to leave a disappointing review. I have discussed this in detail with Ian, there were a couple of minor issues during your stay, with the water pump and the door lock. With both the maintenance team responded within an hour or so of Ian being informed and both required a parts which were purchased and installed promptly, within a couple of hours. Neither of these issues could we have possibly forecasted (the lock was likely to have been user error!) but both were fixed within a few hours and with the minimum inconvenience to you and your guests. At no point during your stay did your raise any concerns with Ian or myself and the impression I had was that your stay was a success and we do feel that the main cause of you dissatisfaction now was the issue on the last day with your checkout times. Check out times are listed as 11am however I am always happy to be flexible on this and my guests regularly have late checkouts however this has to be pre-arranged and only if the time allows. In your case we were not asked beforehand in fact you said yourself your flight was 'pushed back'. I had my own family and friends arriving the following morning and Ian had arranged for the the villa cleaners to arrive at noon after your departure. Neither could not have been rescheduled at such a short notice. I fully appreciate that staying on at the villa during the afternoon would have been a far more enjoyable option for you but in this circumstance and with no prior notice it just could not be arranged. As it was Ian assisted you with your arrangements and a 2 hour stop at the shopping mall was really only a minor inconvenience and I'm sure now that a couple of weeks have passed you would also agree with that.

Why can't I call Trevor (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Trevor (the owner) a message.

If Trevor (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
