The villa is designed as a modern interpretation of Balinese traditional living, each room on ground floor opens on a wide patio.
The villas are located in the friendly village of Kemenuh, banjar Tengkulak Kelod, about 7 kilometers from the center of Ubud.
With Ubud lifestyle almost at your doorstep, you can enjoy the dances, arts, crafts, restaurants and nightlife.
Tengkulak Kelod is an exceptional community, which can be branded as “Bali as it once was”.
The Villa faces more than 1 km uninterrupted rice fields, with a small temple on the right side
The only sounds you can hear are the ones of nature, traditional agricultural activities and the laughter of children.
From time to time, you will be entertained by a procession of ducks going through the rice fields or by a flock of white birds, by the way, Tengkulak is known for its craft of sculpted and painted ducks and other birds.
Villa Griya Aditi is both a secluded retreat for peaceful family holidays and the ideal starting point to discover the "island of the Gods".

The Villa has been designed, built and are managed with the single purpose of your enjoying a wonderful and trouble free stay.

The villas' staff consists of 11 (shared with villa Griya Atma): 1 cook, 6 waiters and room attendants, 1 pool attendant and maintenance man, 1 gardener, 2 night watchmen.

The villa manager will welcome you upon arrival. She will visit you during your stay to check whether everything goes fine. You also call on her in case of a difficulty or to arrange activities.

The villa is fitted with modern facilities, telephone connection to all rooms as well as to kitchens, the office and security post, wired and wireless broadband internet and cable TV.

Note about broadband internet : please remember that you are in Bali and nothing goes at light speed here, internet connection is not an exception.

We have ample electrical capacity to power all the above and to keep the villa cool, and a 30 kVA generator.

The master bedroom faces the rice fields and the infinity swimming pool. It has en-suite bathroom with bathtub and an outdoor shower. It also has a outdoor daybed and a private garden.
Two other bedrooms on ground floor face the swimming pool. Both have indoor bathroom with shower.
The dining / living rooms open on the garden, the swimming pool and rice fields.
All rooms have air conditioning and fan
The kitchen is used for final preparation of the dishes before serving. It has a refrigerator, a microwave oven, and a water dispenser.
The villas share some facilities, such as the main kitchen, laundry, management office and garage, in a separate building, commonly known as the “back of the house”, in truth it is more like the “house between the villas”.
The villa has been designed as family and children friendly.
It is easy to look after children as all ground floor rooms have direct view over the swimming pool.
The family room, behind the main living and dining room is a great place where children play in case of rain.
There is also a “nanny’s bedroom in each villa, in case you need a baby-sitter to stay overnight.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Richard (the owner) a message.

If Richard (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
