The Old Exchange is a detached property right in Sway Village Centre.

Sway is on the main line railway from London Waterloo, so guests arriving by train need only walk into the village centre to find The Old Exchange.

The Old Exchange is split into two apartments. It can be let out as single apartments or as a whole house.The apartments make a wonderful homely base for holidays and short breaks to the New Forest and surrounding area. Suitable for families and groups of friends, there are plenty of opportunities to walk locally, bike ride and horse riding in the forest.

The apartments are bright and clean with all linen and towels provided and a manager on hand should you require help or information.

Sway village has a good range of shops including a grocery shop which stays open until 9.00 pm, a Chemist, a Butcher, a Newsagents/post office and several pubs and restaurants. The apartments are a 5 minute walk from the Station which is on the main line from Waterloo. There is parking for up to 4 cars.

We give discounts for regular guests and for early bookings.

The Old Exchange, which is a detached building and consists of a Ground floor apartment and a First floor apartment may be booked with an initial deposit and the balance being due six weeks before arrival. If a booking is less than 6 weeks before arrival full payment will be required to book the property. The Ground floor can be let together with the First floor but each apartment has an independent entrance. We do ask also for a security deposit of £100 per apartment, but this is a deposit that will be returned to you a week after you leave providing the property is left in good clean order and with no damage.

All your beds will be made up for arrival and bath sheets and hand towels provided, along with T towels and a bath mat. For stays longer than a week we will arrange a time convenient to you for us to come in to do a mid stay clean and linen change. We are only a phone call away if you need any assistance or have any queries during your stay.

We let this property from Friday to Friday, from Monday to Friday and from Friday to Monday. Whilst we quote daily rates the minimum stay is charged at three nights, whether you stay one two or three nights.

There is parking in the driveway for up to 4 cars. At the side of The Old Exchange there is a covered fenced area for secure storage of bikes. There is an outside rotary line at the front of the building for the ground floor apartment to dry clothes outside if necessary. The gate of the Property can be closed to make a safe area for Children playing if necessary. There is a hanging area for drying clothes outside at the back of the property for the First Floor flat, and a rotary line at the front of the building for the ground floor flat.

If Sarah (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
