This villa is located in the countryside but just 9 minutes walking distance from the beach and 1,5km from center of Nerja, near the beach (El Playazo, 300 meters), near bus stop (200 meters). Max. 7 people in 3 bedrooms (1 double bedroom and bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms with two single beds each). In common area bathroom with bath. Fully equipped kitchen. Living room with fireplace. Front porch and spectacular roofterrace overloking the mediterranean, terrace with barbecue. Large garden with trees and grass, and games: swings and swing for children, basketball basket. Deckchairs, hammocks and other garden furniture. Free Internet.TV SMART TV, AND CANALES INTERNACIONALES.

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Guardia Ramirez (the owner) a message.

If Guardia Ramirez (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
