Casa Matos Brancos is a fantastic villa set in beautiful unspoiled countryside, very close to the beautiful villages of Praia da Luz and Burgau. The villa is set in private grounds with stunning views across the natural landscape.

The swimming pool is one of largest heated private pools in the Algarve, the villa has it's own putting green and private all weather tennis court. There is a very large covered area poolside with built in BBQ and outdoor dining facilities. Just inside from the pool terrace is the bar, where many guests enjoy relaxing and mixing a few cocktails! This area leads up to the open plan living room, kitchen and dining room. The villa has a separate games room with pool table and dart board, there is also an all weather table tennis table. This villa is ideal for one, two or more families wishing to share a first class self-contained villa with every amenity. Espiche village is 18 minutes on foot with supermarket, mini-market, cafes and restaurants.

Very large 12.5 metre x 6 metre Heated Private Pool. Sunbathing terrace surrounding each side of the pool with 10 top quality sun loungers and comfortable seating. There is a 2nd large outdoor dining table and chairs situated alongside the garden in a naturally shaded area. Graduated steps/pathway from pool terrace to putting green and tennis court. From the living areas and bar, onto the Pool Terrace, there is a large barbecue/grill, beautiful outdoor dining table and chairs, seating up to 12 people. All weather tennis court and putting green set in lovely peaceful gardens. Each bedroom has its own private furnished terrace/balcony for quiet relaxation with lovely views!

Games room with Pool table and dartboard. All weather table tennis table. Games equipment room with tennis rackets, balls, table tennis equipment, golf putters, selection of inflatables for the pool.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:

Towels, pool towels, linen and midweek towel change are included. Weekly linen change and cleaning included for stays of more than 7 nights. Please note beach towels are not provided. Additional maid service available upon request.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jacqueline and Nicholas (the owner) a message.

If Jacqueline and Nicholas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
