Designed with a contemporary style and includes every amenity you could need for a complete, hassle-free holiday in sunny Malta. Situated right in the heart of Malta's most idyllic location, Santa Maria Estate and boast spaciousness and style. Our guests will rest well in our four bedrooms. High speed internet connection and telephone. Extensive balconies enable one to enjoy the morning sunrise and distant sea and valley views. The outdoor area is private with a BBQ area, dining and sitting spaces for great entertaining and a 48sqm heated pool including a relaxing sun patio which affords you to enjoy the best of both worlds - basking in the sun or resting in the shade. The Villa is close to all amenities but most of all a short driving distance to the golden sandy beaches of the North of Malta. The villa is half-way down the hill from the main road, a walking distance to where all the shops and restaurants are situated, and the blue Mediterranean sea!

They are all equipped with an en-suite bathroom, a jewellery safe, super comfort memory-foam mattresses, LCD flat-screen TV complete with 80-channel cable network service, blackout curtaining and cozy carpeting. Executive and Master bedrooms enjoy open views. The bathrooms are luxuriously finished. There is a bathroom with every bedroom and another one adjacent to the kitchen for complete comfort.

How do damage deposits work?
